- Juan de Dios advised Renewable Resources Group in the bidding process conducted by ASSET Chile for the acquisition of seven PMGD solar projects, with a total portfolio of 30 MWp.

- Juan de Dios advised AJ Urbana Constructora e Inmobiliaria during the bidding process for the electrical power supply of the Vista Teatinos Building. The bidding process concluded with significant cost savings in the building's electricity bills.

- Advised CBRE in the review and preparation of the power purchase agreements for various buildings under its management, all of which had opted for the free-market price regime.

- Advised Solar E SpA in all the legal matters related to the development and operation of its different PMGD projects, of a total portfolio of 33 MWp.

- Advised Renewable Resources Group in the sale process of 14 PMGD solar projects, of a total portfolio of 97 MW. This sale process concluded with the acquisition of the entire portfolio by Blackrock.

- Advises Cedars Solar SpA in the development of its PMGD solar projects, which are in different stages of construction, and represent a total portfolio of 42 MWp.
